Winter Soldier Southwest on YouTube

The funny thing is I hadn't really planned to do a video production around this event. I was helping out, running the slide show. I brought my video camera just in case. I stashed it behind the off-stage podium so I could keep an eye on it. I only had about 100 minutes of tape. A lot of people with much better equipment were video taping Winter Soldier Southwest. Then I realized that I had a very unique visual perspective off to the side there and running the slide show was really lite weight , so I took out my camera(s) and later I even setup my tripod. I had kicked myself around for not getting the external mike and side-angle lens for the HV30 before I went to Vietnam. Money was tight, nevertheless I spent a lot of time looking for them in Vietnam. I finally got them when I got back so that wouldn't happen again. So I got decent sound without connecting to the sound system and I got good closeups, This is the result: The first one you may have seen already as I posted it 3 days after the event and it will past 300 views today. Ryan Endicott's testimony was very moving and stands alone in Winter Soldier Southwest - "Just Another Tuesday" . Shooting from the side as I was I was able to zoom in and frame Ryan, and Devon Read and Wendy Barranco in the same shot . YouTube has a 10 minute limit for mortals like me. Ryan's whole testimony was more than 10 minutes. Someone has posted his whole testimony in two parts and the links are below, together with anything else I could find. I didn't want to break it in the middle. I think it lessens the impact, so I did one 10 minute piece. The comment around this one are also very interesting, especially between Ryan and his former comrades. I think it will be very effective. Winter Soldier Southwest - "Just Another Tuesday"

I was just going to leave it at that but I reviewed some of the footage while I was up in Oregon last weekend and when I got back I was surprised to see there still wasn't much up on YouTube. (What are they doing with it?)
